The Anderson family has called Stoughton, Wisconsin home for over 100 years. What better place to start a home building company? Tammy and Keith Anderson, founders of Eldon Homes, adore Stoughton and couldn’t imagine a better place to grow.

Eldon Homes will be a big part of providing housing in Dane County and Rock County for every stage of life. The excitement behind our mission is exactly why Keith and Tammy are stepping out of retirement.

The Andersons look forward to growing communities in their hometown while residing in Aldie, VA, just outside Washington DC.

Though Tammy and Keith may be at a distance, we have a very experienced team of subcontractors and staff who live right within the beautiful town of Stoughton and are ecstatic to work with you directly.

Keith & Tammy Anderson

Owners & Founders of Eldon Homes

Prior to starting Eldon Homes, Keith Anderson worked in residential construction for over 16 years. He served as Executive Vice President of operations for NVR (which is the country’s third largest homebuilder), located in Reston, VA. This year, NVR built more than 20k homes in over 17 states and will have $8B in total revenue and 6500 employees.

Keith was part of the National Association of Home Builders quality council for large builders and the housing transformation committee, changing how we build homes for the future. They did so by offsetting the unprecedented cost of construction by eliminating waste and increasing efficiency.

He is currently a co-owner of On3, a micro learning application that teaches new construction managers the skills of building a house phase by phase. Philanthropy is also very important to him and his wife, Tammy Anderson.

More About Keith’s Background

Before starting at NVR, he served in senior level positions in 2 other Fortune 500 companies.

At Avery Dennison he was VP General Manager for the Industrial/Automotive business. He managed operations in Toronto, Singapore, Monterey, Dublin, and Cleveland, OH.

At Harland Checks he was selected as the youngest plant manager, and later ran one of their largest operations in San Diego, CA. His passion for quality was obtained while in the financial industry, printing over 15k check orders per day. “Every order makes a difference”, he was often quoted as saying. “When it comes to printing money you have to be 100% accurate 100% of the time.”

A few ways the Andersons give back to the community include:

A $1M donation to UW-Stevens Point’s School of Business, College to Career Center. This center helps students transition from school to their first job and beyond. Keith went to school at Stevens Point and continues to be involved in various ways.
The Andersons donated $500k to the X-Ray and Proton Unit within The Dwight Scharr Cancer Research Center in Arlington, VA. This unit specializes in new technology to help manage patients’ journeys through healing cancer.
A $1M donation to the Stoughton Area School District to put towards the new sports complex that they will be building at Collins Field.

Rob Hostrawser

CEO/President of Eldon Homes

With over 30 years of experience, Rob Hostrawser brings expertise and proficiency in the areas of Construction & Production Management, Finance, Real Estate Sales & Property Management, Land Acquisition and Development to Eldon Homes! He also brings several years experience as a Senior & Active Living Housing Specialist, Real Estate & Mortgage Broker, and a Licensed General Contractor, to coordinate and execute the construction of new home building and renovation. All these are exemplary attributes for his position as Director of Operations.

Rob is our local team leader that oversees all construction & business operations, customer relations & satisfaction, community liaison, land development, regulatory compliance, sales, marketing, and overall business & community growth. He continually strives to be an advocate for our community and understands that smart growth is absolutely essential to ensure that local businesses and schools thrive, year after year.

Rob has lived in Stoughton for 23 years. During that time, he has served as Vice President of the Friends of The Stoughton Area Youth Center, acting member of the Board of Directors ~Shillelagh Foundation, and served on the Wisconsin Health Care Facilities Committee. He has volunteered with the Seniors in Need Program, enjoyed his years spent as a youth football coach, and being a foster parent. Rob is also co-owner of Home Brokerage & Realty, which is a local Stoughton business.

In his spare time, Rob enjoys life with his family, traveling, cheering on his children during their sporting events, golfing, hunting, spending a day on Lake Kegonsa, riding his motorcycle, and embracing winter snowmobiling.

Rob is driven to construct and provide the best built homes in town while providing exceptional customer service along the way!

Fauna Justman

VP of Operations at Eldon Homes

Fauna Justman brings over 20 years of administrative experience including: coordinating administration systems, operations, and general workflows, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, company collaboration, and exceptional customer service. She also brings over 8 years experience in new home construction design & building, home renovation, and management/operation experience with a realty brokerage.

Fauna has been a resident of Stoughton for 16 years. Along with being an Occupational Therapist, she is co-owner of Home Brokerage & Realty, a local Stoughton business. She supports the Stoughton Community by serving on youth and high school sports boards and attending as many community fundraisers & social/sports events as possible.

For Eldon Homes, Fauna assists in the development and implementation of the organization’s operations, policies and procedures, manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, manages accounting and billing, and fronts marketing and sales aspects.

In her spare time, Fauna enjoys being with her family and friends, being the #1 fan at her children’s sporting events, and cheering on The Packers, Badgers, Brewers, and Stoughton Vikings. She also loves golfing, boating, and enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset on a warm summer night.

Justin Leistikow

VP of Construction at Eldon Homes

Justin grew up in Marshall, WI. He attended Ripon College where he played on the men’s basketball team and graduated with a double major in Business Management and Economics. After graduation, Justin accepted a position with NV Homes in Virginia. This is where he fell in love with the construction industry, learned the value of efficiency, and how to increase the quality of a home. During his time with NV Homes, Justin operated as a Production Supervisor and eventually was promoted to Project Manager. After two years with NV Homes, he moved back to Wisconsin and now resides in Cottage Grove. Following the move, Justin became the Construction Manager for Tim O’Brien homes for 3.5 years before joining the team with Eldon Homes!

As the Director of Construction, Justin will take the lead on implementing new and innovative products into each and every Eldon Home built. He will also serve as the company’s cost manager and oversee each job site during the construction process, being the homeowners’ main point of contact during construction.

Justin is excited to bring innovation and efficiency into each Eldon home while creating a lasting impression with every homeowner he works with.

Lukas Trow

CFO/VP of Finance at Eldon Homes

Lukas brings over 16 years of banking experience in the areas of business expansion, land development, residential construction and multi-family construction. He started his banking career as a part-time teller in high school and worked all the way up to Market President at a local community bank!

As the Senior Financial Analyst, Lukas will use his banking expertise along with his degrees in Business Management & Finance to assist Eldon Homes with financial forecasting, business growth, and future development planning.

Lukas has lived in Stoughton his whole life and is passionate about the community! He serves as the chair of the Stoughton Chamber Ambassadors, Vice-Chair for Stoughton’s Redevelopment Authority, Treasurer for Stoughton Hospital Foundation & Treasurer for the Shillelagh Foundation!

Lukas is married to his high school sweetheart, Mikaela. Together they have twin boys, Tarek & Deklan and two Boston Terriers, Tux & Tego. In his free time, Lukas enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and going to Brewer Games!

Lukas likes to collect sports memorabilia. At the height of his collecting, Lukas had over 400 bobbleheads in his collection!

Jason Simonson

Production Quality Manager at Eldon Homes

Jason is a lifelong Wisconsinite. Jason grew up just outside of Dane County and has always had a passion for building things. At the age of 17, he built his first house with his high school building trades class and from that point on knew he wanted to build homes for the rest of his life. Jason attended the University of Wisconsin Platteville, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology management with an emphasis in building construction management.

Jason brings over 20 years of construction experience to the team. He has worked along with Habitat for Humanity and with Oregon High School building trades classes, building homes with students hands-on. He has held various titles throughout his career, ranging from Estimator to Purchasing Manager and Construction Manager, learning and understanding all components of residential and commercial construction and what it takes to build a quality home.

Sophia Toso

Selection Specialist & Real Estate Agent at Eldon Homes

Sophie graduated from UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has 25+ years of customer service experience and has always been interested in design. She had been working for a well known law office for several years, helping those with disabilities get social security. She enjoyed helping how she could for others in need. She was very excited to join Eldon Homes to also help others, but in a different way: to help make one of the biggest purchases of one’s life.

Sophie is ready to get her creative side flowing again and wants to make the home buying and building process as smooth as she can for you. She will be assisting with day to day tasks and working with customers in selecting choices they would like for their homes. She is also a licensed realtor with Home Brokerage & Realty.

Sophia Toso was born and raised in Stoughton. She graduated in ‘97, lives in town and has been married for 14 years to another long time Stoughtonite. They have 3 children – all boys! They keep very busy with sports and activities between them all. Sophie grew up playing softball, her positions were mainly pitcher and SS. She then played fastpitch for several years through the Rec Dept after high school. She was part of 4-H and showed horses for a couple years when younger too. She helps with (SALL) Stoughton Area Little League often. When she gets the chance, she and her husband enjoy motorcycle rides. They go to Tomahawk’s Fall Ride every year. They also enjoy family time and catching up with their friends at bonfires.

Katie Allen

Project Estimator at Eldon Homes

Katie joins Eldon Homes with a background that has varied in different areas of Construction for 7 years, with her most recent role as a Project Manager for High End Custom Homes. Katie is excited to bring her skill set & expertise to Eldon Homes that she has acquired over the years, to assist with estimating and budgeting the costs of new construction homes. She loves all aspects of her job, but really enjoys organizing & perfecting all of the details that go into building a brand new home, keeping the home build on schedule, and most of all ensuring clients LOVE their home and Enjoy the process of building!

Katie grew up in Oregon, WI .. just down the road from Stoughton! After she graduated high school, she moved to Colorado and attended University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, and started her undergraduate degree. She eventually moved back “Home” and graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science!

Katie’s most time consuming hobby, aside from spending as much time as she can with her children, is caring for & loving her horse, Maggie. Maggie just turned 28 and they have spent the last 20 years together! During those 20 years of memory making, they have competed in local shows, as well as the Stoughton and Dane County fairs. Their time now is focused on spending quality time together, doing whatever Maggie chooses to do, with the occasional ride from Katie’s children & herself!

Ashley Weber

Executive Assistant at Eldon Homes

For the Past 4 Years, working as a Quality Assurance Manager, Ashley Weber has brought her Expertise in Process & Quality Improvement as she now joins the Eldon Homes Team! She is well versed in Customer Service and ensures the customer experience is exceptional from start to finish! Organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail are all skills that come naturally to her and she is always up for a challenge. Ashley is most excited to be an integral part of our fast-growing company!

Outside of Eldon Homes, Ashley & her black lab, Ozai, live in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Ozai keeps her on her toes and keeps her busy! She enjoys time with friends and family when she is not at the dog park with Ozai. She enjoys travel, beaches, board games, and craft brews!

Reece Porter

Project Manager at Eldon Homes

Reece Porter grew up in Edgerton, Wisconsin. He has nearly 4 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry starting his junior year in high school. Reece has been involved with all aspects of home building for most of his life which makes him thrilled to be a Project Manager at Eldon Homes. He has worked as a sub-contractor for Eldon as a HAVC technician for over a year and his experience has been remarkable. Reece is honored to be part of a team that operates so smoothly and he is very impressed with the building process itself. He has set many goals for himself as a Project Manager but he is most excited about getting involved with all the moving pieces it takes to build a Quality built home and giving back to the Community. Reece enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends Golfing, Spending days on Lake Koshkonong, and hunting in the woods of Northern Wisconsin.

Brandon Hemm

Warranty Technician at Eldon Homes

Brandon was born and raised in Wisconsin and couldn’t see himself living anywhere else! He brings over 40 years of construction skill & knowledge to Eldon Homes. It all started when he worked alongside his uncle during a roofing job. Since that time, Brandon has made it his goal to learn everything he possibly could about construction. His skills & experience consist of: Concrete prepping, pouring, finishing, Framing, Finish Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical.

Brandon looked up to his father and appreciated all that he had taught him throughout his life. One of the things that he remembers most, is his Father saying “ “It is easier to push a pencil than a wheelbarrow” After 34 years of laborious, hard working long days in the field, Brandon is excited to start a new chapter in his life, still being able to utilize all of the skills & knowledge he has in multiple areas of construction, as a Warranty Technician with Eldon Homes. He is looking forward to meeting new homeowners and assisting them in having the best experience possible, not only when purchasing their home but also after they are living in their new home! Brandon strives to ensure every Eldon Homeowner will love their home for a Lifetime!

Chad Cushman

Project Manager at Eldon Homes

Chad grew up in Middleton, WI. He has over 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience. He has been around construction most of his life, helping his dad and brother, who both owned their own construction businesses. The most important thing he learned from them both is that Quality comes first over everything else.

Chad graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and a minor in Business. His passion has always remained in building and creating things with his hands. He fell back into the construction industry shortly after college, eventually, leading him to follow in his father’s footsteps and becoming a self-employed carpenter. He remodeled the first two homes he owned in Middleton before building his dream home in the country on his hunting land.

Chad loves spending time outdoors. His favorites activities include deer hunting, camping, kayaking and traveling throughout the United States with his wife Shyanne. Working as a Project Manager for Eldon Homes is a new chapter in Chad’s life, one he is very excited about. He has always enjoyed working closely with the many different trades it takes to build a quality home and looks forward to the new challenges the ever-changing market creates.

Mallory Schilz

Project Estimator& Selection Specilaist at Eldon Homes

Mallory grew up in a Northwest suburb of Chicago, but after spending many summers at a camp in Northern Wisconsin as a child she grew fond of this beautiful state. Mallory found her way back attending UW-Stevens Point studying Interior Architecture with a minor in Anthropology. After graduation, she moved back to Chicago to gain experience as an interior designer and while doing so found herself immersed in the new home construction industry.

Mallory enjoyed working for a custom builder specializing in high-end single-family homes and multi-units in the greater Chicago area. She learned a lot about the construction industry and thrived in the challenging, fast-paced environment. Knowing she wanted to eventually find her way back to Wisconsin to start a life with her college sweetheart, Mallory made the move to Madison Lighting. There she acquired knowledge for all things lighting, becoming an ALA(American Lighting Association) Lighting Specialist. During this time Mallory missed the new construction industry, so she accepted a position with Tim O’Brien Homes. She worked for Tim O’Brien Homes as a Design Professional Lead for 6 years. Mallory is excited to join the Eldon Homes Team and bring her passion for the construction industry!

Sloan Mikkelson

Sloan has resided in Stoughton for the entirety of her life, having completed her education at Stoughton High School. Her professional journey commenced in the banking sector, initially at a local community bank and subsequently transitioning to a larger financial institution.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Sloan finds joy in a variety of personal interests. Reading and crocheting are among her favored pastimes, providing both relaxation and mental stimulation. Additionally, spending quality time with her fiancé, daughter, and friends is an essential aspect of her life.

Tyler, a native of northern Wisconsin, specifically the Eau Claire Area, is making waves in the world of real estate, all while balancing his love for the outdoors and adventure. Tyler’s journey into the realm of real estate kicked off roughly two years ago in Madison. Starting as an inside sales agent, a part of the Dan Chin Homes Team, made sales calls and assisted other agents with appointments with potential homebuyers. But as time went on, Tyler discovered his passion lay in directly helping clients and navigating the exciting world of real estate!
